4. Procedures for Addressing Behavior
4.1 Verbal Warning: In cases of minor misconduct, participants will be given a verbal warning by a staff member.
4.2 Written Warning: If the behavior persists after a verbal warning, a written warning will be issued, outlining the specific behavior that is unacceptable and the consequences of further violations.
4.3 Time-Out: In cases of continued disruption, the participant may be asked to take a time-out from the workshop to reflect on their behavior.
4.4 Parent/Guardian Notification: If a participant's behavior continues to be disruptive despite previous interventions, their parent or guardian will be notified, and a meeting may be scheduled to discuss the situation.
4.5 Removal from Workshop: In cases of serious misconduct or repeated violations of the behavior policy, the participant may be removed from the workshop, and further participation may be prohibited.
